- Is there a pool ?
- Yes, it is oceanfront & heated in
the winter
- Is there an elevator?
- Is there a private beach entrance?
- Yes, with a locked gate for which you
will receive a key
- Is there daily maid service?
- No, the unit will be immaculate upon
arrival and will be cleaned upon departure
- Do we need to bring towels & sheets?
- No, we provide bath & beach towels as
well as sheets
- Are there a washer & dryer in the
unit?
- Yes, we have a stack washer & dryer as
well as an iron & ironing board
- Is there a dishwasher?
- Is there cable TV?
- Yes we have 2 TV's as well as a VCR,
stereo & movies
- What size are the beds?
- We have a queen bed, two twins and a
sleeper sofa
- Is there a balcony?
- Yes, one off the living room and a small
one off the master bedroom
- Is there a grill on the balcony?
- No, a city ordinance prohibits charcoal
or gas grills on our balconies
- Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
- Yes, everything is provided for cooking
and serving snacks to feasts
- Do you allow pets?
- No, due to owner's allergies we do NOT
allow pets in our unit
- Can we smoke in the unit?
- No, due to owner's allergies we permit
smoking only on the balcony
- Is there a phone?
- Yes, we have several phones as well as
an answering machine. There is a long distance block so you
will need a calling card for toll calls
- How far is the condo from the airport?
- It is approx. 45 minutes from Orlando
International Airport. East on the Beeline Expressway all the
way to the beach
- What happens if we need service while
we are in your unit?
- We have a person nearby who will
oversee getting any problems taken care of. We will provide
the number upon your arrival
